Health is a reflection of our quality of life and we all want to have a life of quality. The biggest obstacle to exercise in many cases not our will or desire but our time and we have to do so many things that do not have time to exercise. As a coach I had an experience that marked my life. For many years one of my athletes told me that his father wanted to exercise but had no time, after a few days when the father picked up his coach’s son told me that having your own business, because I was focused on bringing money home, he had no time to exercise. For more than a year left to see this father until one day he called me saying my athlete who could not attend training because her father had a heart attack. The situation had reached such a point that the father had to sit for more than 3 months, had to be expensive analyze and ingest costly medications, approximately 6 months later I learned that the father lost his business, his financial status was very disappointing and life had entered a slump from which he himself did not know how to get out, what had caused depression. Although the story sounds negative, it is a real case, this could happen if you do not care for the great and wonderful tool that has given us our body.
